I think what I love THE MOST about doing this podcast is that I get to meet and talk to the greatest people. We come together, talk about something that is interesting, uplifting or just plain old cool and share it with like minded people. It is such a pleasure and a gift to share good info with everyone who wants it. Essa and I had a great chat about her passion, which is Kundalini Yoga.

As with everything being consistent is what is key to healing. What heals you is what resonates with you. Maybe what works for me isn't what is going to work for you. We are all individuals who need different things. I guess that goes back to you be you and I'll be me!

You vegan? Awesome! You feel best sticking to a paleo diet? Cool. It's important for us all to listen to our bodies tell us what is right for us in every way. Awareness is key to healing. Once you become aware and present you can make a difference in your life. At first maybe you start to notice, wow, I get a stomach ache every time I eat ice cream...Hmm, well I am not giving up ice cream! But over time you pick your spots when you have ice cream because you know, it means your going to have a belly bomb. And then after awhile, maybe you decide feeling better is worth skipping the ice cream. I'll take the fruit. That is how you begin! And that goes with every aspect of life. They way you allow people to treat you, your diet and your practices. Just start by becoming aware.
